1. No Right of Withdrawal for Commissioned Artworks

There is no right of withdrawal for artworks that are custom-created or personalized according to the customer's specifications. These pieces are excluded from cancellation under applicable EU consumer law.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Original Artworks and Prints

Customers may withdraw from the purchase of original artworks and art prints within 14 days from the day the artwork is received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the Seller in writing via email:

The customer may use the withdrawal form provided below but is not required to do so.

3. Condition of Returned Artwork

The artwork must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

• The customer is responsible for ensuring secure and protective packaging.

• Damage resulting from insufficient packaging may reduce or void the refund amount.

• ​

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer must bear all costs of return shipping.

The return shipping address will be provided after the withdrawal request is received. Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

All returns must be shipped with tracking. The customer is responsible for the artwork until it is safely delivered back.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned artwork has been received and inspected.

If the artwork is returned in its original condition, the full purchase price will be refunded. If the artwork shows signs of use, handling, or damage, the Seller reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
