All artworks are created and sold directly by the Artist.

2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop and form the contractual basis between the Seller and the Buyer.

3. Products Offered

The shop offers:

• Original artworks

• Art prints

• Commissioned/custom artworks

All artworks are described as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, surface structure, or texture may occur due to individual device display settings or physical properties of art materials. Such variations are not considered defects.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros.
Payment methods accepted:

• PayPal

• Credit Card

Payment must be made in full before the artwork is shipped or, in the case of commissioned works, before production begins.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Worldwide shipping is available.
Shipping costs are paid by the Buyer, except for local delivery or pickup in Tenerife.

Shipping always includes a tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Buyers may choose free collection in Tenerife.

If the package appears damaged upon arrival, the Buyer must report this to the carrier immediately and document the damage.

6. Commissions / Custom Artworks

For commissioned artworks, the Buyer will receive progress updates and approve the artistic direction. Artistic expression and style remain at the discretion of the Artist.

Commissioned artworks are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or refunded.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Buyers purchasing original artworks or prints (non‑custom) have a statutory right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the Buyer physically receives the artwork.

To withdraw, the Buyer must notify the Seller by email (lydiabauer.art@gmail.com).

The Buyer must return the artwork in its original condition and original or equivalent protective packaging. The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any loss in value caused by improper handling.

Refunds are issued as money (same payment method) after the returned artwork has been received and inspected.

Commissioned artworks are not eligible for withdrawal.

8. Ownership and Copyright

The Buyer receives ownership of the physical artwork only.

All intellectual property rights remain with the Artist.

The artwork may not be reproduced, copied, scanned, digitized, commercialized, or used for merchandise or promotional purposes without explicit written permission.

9. Liability

The Seller is not liable for delays caused by customs, transport issues, or force majeure.

Any claims for damages are limited to the purchase value of the artwork.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union.

Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase of original artworks or prints within 14 days from the day you receive the item.

The artwork must be returned safely packaged. The Buyer bears return shipping costs.

Refund will be issued once the returned artwork is received in original condition.

Commissioned artworks are excluded from withdrawal.
